Devin Booker to Headline New Netflix Documentary on Phoenix Suns
Netflix is gearing up to release a new sports documentary titled Suns of the Valley, with Phoenix Suns star Devin Booker taking center stage. The film will chronicle the team’s transformation over the past few years, highlighting key moments such as their 2021 NBA Finals run, blockbuster trades, and locker room dynamics.
Booker, one of the league’s most dynamic scorers, will serve as the documentary’s emotional and narrative anchor. Through exclusive interviews and behind-the-scenes footage, viewers will get a rare glimpse into Booker’s leadership, mindset, and the culture that’s shaped the Suns’ resurgence.
Produced in collaboration with NBA Entertainment and directed by acclaimed filmmaker Ezra Edelman, Suns of the Valley also features commentary from current and former Suns players, coaches, and executives—including Kevin Durant, Monty Williams, and team owner Mat Ishbia.
The documentary is expected to showcase the highs, lows, and grit behind one of the NBA’s most exciting franchises. Suns of the Valley will premiere globally on Netflix on March 15, 2025.
